The laying charges will vary from contractor to contractor. Currently i have fixed up following charges with my contractor(Only Labour).

Big slab(Gangsaw) - 30 rs /sqft
Small Slab(Cut piece) -24 rs /sqft
Half nose -36 Rs/Running feet
Full nose -63 Rs / RFT
Skirting -30 rs for Big slab and 24 ...

I am planning o construct duplex house(Ist and 2nd floor) with Ground floor commercial in Nagarbhavi.
I am not sure about the information but heard that now a days BBMP is stopped approving the house plan with Commercial(40%) + Residentil(60%)
If anybody has the information, Please share ...
