Go through all the basic documents and verify who is the first land owner and all details about him and his family and u have not told where the plot is situated

In the rtc the land was acquired to KIADB previously the land was used as a landfill so be careful before purchasing

Their are lot of denotification issues around kempegowda layout high court is referring to all the denotifications done by BDA. so it might become too late

you don't need their signature for the self acquired property.
