can someone tell for buying an agricultural land in karnataka, one needs to have someone(ancestors) from agricultural background from karnataka or anywhere in india.

i did search & found Muralis no. Thats why i specifically mentioned in the above post that "someone who is familiar with banerghatta road" & nearby..
