My contractor has purchased Burma teak for entrance door and pooja room, but I find lot of hairline cracks on it, the contractor says its common and it will be fixed at the time of patti and painting etc, Is this correct he has bought damaged wood please let me know.

I have dig borewell for 480 ft and installed submersible motor. My contractor is telling me that borewell registration process involves giving affidavit on Rs. 20 stamp paper, but iam not sure whether this is applicable for BDA sites. Pls let me know regarding this.
