Guys, just check my recent query on this forum. Looks like Telecom layout's GFG 1 project has some issues with approach road and Govt has put a fencing around that land(Approach road is closed as of now). If this turns out to be true, then all GFG-1 investors are in trouble.

Thanks blackstallion. One more thing is that some brokers are saying there will be a connectivity from 80ft road to that layout where as some are saying it wont be connected. Have you seen this connectivity in the layout plan?.. also what was the price at which you bought?

Yesterday I got a chance to meet someone who has constructed a home...though I can't generalize, but there seems to be a water problem in some of the areas(even if u dig 700+ ft, there isn't 2" of water!!)...its probably because of the apartments. Vikas356 - This is the simple rule which I have seen... if builders like Sobha are quoting 4.5k~4.8k psft for their apartment, then the real land price should be around 3k psft (they quote 50-100% premium/extra to the ongoing land prices). Please negotiate better.

Has anyone heard of Veeranjaneya Layout near Kanakapura road(near Karishma Hills on 80ft rd)?.. broker says that there would be a road connecting from 80ft road to this layout (as of now there is no connection from 80ft road).. is this an approved layout?

Any pointers would be welcome.
