does anyone know on the number of maximum floors that can be constructed on 4800 sqft plot area legally under BBMP?
we are 4-5 friends looking to construct mini-apartment each apartment having only one apartment and ground floor left for parking.

Also, it seems regularization is ongoing. But not sure when it will be completed for Ferns Cascading Meadows?

I had called Ferns Builders just now. He said you can not construct house immediately in Ferns Cascading Meadows as BBMP (or Panchayat may be) trying to regularise and you will not Khata but he said its safe to buy.

Even I was planning to check with builder. Some time this week end I will check.

Apart from builder, do we need to check with any corresponding panchayat office? Any ideas?

Quoted rate was ~2500. But I guess it can come down to 2200 rs per sqft.

I heard through one of my friend who had constructed and staying in Ferns Cascading Meadows, that you can not construct house now as there is some issue in getting khata/registration. Not sure if this is true??

Does ferns residency have any legal issues? (I would definitely verify through lawyer in case I buy a plot but wanted to know if any one has any experiences over there?)

I had checked Ferns Paradise , it looked very good but it is beyond my budget.

Yeah. Agents were quoting very high prices and I had talked directly to the builder; He was quoting Rs 1800 per sqft in LakeDew and I was really surprised to see that agents were quoting Rs 2500 per sqft.
