I feel this will improve soon in 3 years minimum,beside the phase3 layout(don't know exact distance),Oxford medical college is coming(Construction going on) and Surya city commercial as well as Residential . KHB work started already, good scope of improving .

Im interested in sai residency phase3 , but they are not providing any documents and rest details you have mentioned is same except rate. When did your friend given advance for the plot,did he get any documents?
