Hi Guys,

Could you please review and confirm if the rates are reasonable for frabrication?

1. Main gate at Rs 336 sqft (normal simple design)
2. Security grill work on compound wall at Rs 160 sqft

Yes I got the loan as mine was outside of buffer zone. But other's who got site within buzzer zone are not getting it.

How about raising the floor by 6 inches. Will that help? Bad idea leaks will be difficult to detect and fix. You will need to break floor for diagnosis.
