In JHBCS its around 6500-7000 or even more (according to brokers), but I found it almost impossible to find a direct owner selling. I like BCMC better in terms of accessibility to metro but difficult to find sites for sale. Even if you find it'll those unimpressive ones.

I think 1st phase is clear of all issues as it's 100% released. It's 2nd phase where you have to be careful. But it is always better you get the documents verified from your lawyer. Could you please tell us what is the quoted price per sqft in the first phase?
