Golden palms from Golden gate properties(Hennur road) I bought for 2200/sqft.Is it a good price?Please share your openion.I bought 3bhk,1835sqft(super built up area).
Are they having good reputation,as a builder?

i had contacted ND for that property in Harlur road.I found their prices attractive(forgot the quote),but i heard from my friends that..they are not honest in deliverying the project...But,nodody is honest..even comapines like brigade..its the same...

They have big 3bhk's and their prices are reasonable compared to those top builders..[/color]They have quoted me 48laks for 3bhk (1835sqft)today ...

anybody has any info about the,good layouts in North Bangalore?Especialy i am looking for tkaing a loan from HDFC..so the layout must be approved by these banks.
My experience is ,most of the layouts in north is funded by IDBI and they are BIAPPA approved sites.
