325 rs/sqft is what I payed (material + labour ) , rate also depends on design to an extent.

Have a new house constructed , have about 30% violations
Now I need to pay Property tax ( till now was paying vacant land tax - online ) ,
should I visit BBMP office to get this done or can I pay it online directly by entering dimensions (aproximate)

Has any one tried this , is it worth applying , how does rates work-out,what are the pros and cons of this Auction.
