Why dont you go for precast concrete compound ? It works much cheaper and very suitable for temporary purpose

Dont just go by price..
Bulk or itemized contract depends on how ethical and trustworthy your contractor is
Itemized contract: that bugger will purposely do more than what is necessary.
Bulk contract: he has got tricks up his sleeve to fleece you. Like decreasing the height of the walls to 9 feet ...

It used to be Rs 35 that includes cement for laying tiles.

At one place, I have seen crabtree switches don't work well. Crabtreee is from Havell. Havell is a good company into electrical stuff like fans etc.
The old ones like Lisha are more durable than modular. But if you have used metalic boxes, than you have to use modular.

going by my experience do NOT give plumbing, woodwork, external steel, compound wall, tiles to him at the outset. Tell him you will look for other people. In the course of time, you consider his people, if you are happy with him. Ask him to prepare a rate without all this.

You should be very lucky to get a good contractor. Ask for references for the last 5 projects which they have completed. He will obviously give references where you will get a good feedback.
