What is the cost comparison between 6 inch concrete blocks vs 6 inch wire cut bricks? I know bricks cost more
But now we can have 6 inches vs 9 inch old days, saves money and space. Also bricks saves plastering costs. Only thing Is we might have to do pointing might cost slight more labour.

How to leave openings in the beam(for sunken slab) here for sanitary pipe run? How to calculate size and position for leaving openings or can we insert pipe during moulding itself?

It is good you can save money and termites free. In my house (rented) I saw termites eating ply wood and powder falls every day on clothes. I did inject anti termite twice but no luck. You can also think of cudappa slabs.

Is really Solar heater Worth investing? Since investment cost is high where we can pay electricity bill for 17 years
Assuming 1 lakh is investment vs paying INR 500 pm towards hot water for a family of 4. Can somebody justify?
