Hi neeraj Are you talking about block board or MDF ,block board is available only in 19 mm.The shutter weight will be to heavy in case of block board.The hinghes should be able to take the weight.In many cases the hinges gives away due to heavy weight of shutters. Hi neeraj, While you select ply make sure it is dried enough. Since these are layers of sheets gummed together there will be lot of wetness in the sheets. Hi msn To be frank I am not really aware of its complete side effects, to my knowledge it makes asthma and other breathing problems much worse, you can feel eye burning sensations for a long time after the application. artlite is a good brand, but make sure you buy it from authorized dealer .Duplicates are widely sold in the market .Artilite has a major share of market in ceiling recessed lights.
