Re: Tips for selecting marble & granite
Praveen, this article was indeed full of insights; thanks ! As we have moved to branded garments from the tailored clothes, when are we going to have branded granites and marbles. These alongwith other building materials could be sold through countrywide chain of reputed shops where one could go and...

Re: heat radiating from roof top

Re: BDA sites from SEAD Housing Co-operative Society

It is better not to have any ocassion to open any part as it will not hold when you fix back the scr...

Re: Housing prices likely to rise 15%=>article extract Just FYI

Amazing how these proclaimed offenders are going around scott free and still putting out ads regularly on Deccan Herald and TOI. Is the Indian penal system so poor that these thugs cannot be taught a lesson ?

Re: Inputs for home construction material selections
Praveen, Point well taken- it is better, in everybody's interest to keep consultancy and construction separate. Do you also undertake Project and Construction management ? This will ensure that the workmanship and delivery schedule at site is as per the approved intent of the designer and owner. Sec...

Re: Inputs for home construction material selections
Praveen, I think it will be nice to have a price as Kaveri has suggested. Do you also undertake the full construction under your own fold or do you have construction companies associated with you? Am waiting to hear from you.

Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners
I was there in SMV Block-1 in July and nothing much seems to have happened over the past months and years. The development status is that they have put the electrical poles with pathetic and poor quality panels (no transformers though) and cabling, open storm water drains are done. No signs of water...
