Govt should have handled it in a different way. There is no use of demolishing houses which have come up on dead lakes which cannot be brought back now by demolishing innocent peoples houses. Problem with DC converted plots is that they do not have plan sanctioned from BDA. The owner might leave Roads now and later come back telling that he has just sold the plots and not roads.. similar thing happened to me.. You can go only if there is a aprroved plan!

I have not yet recieved the BDA challan to pay for BSK 6th Stage... Did anyone from BSK 6th Stage recieve this? Also what is the procedure if we do not get the challan.. Without the challan we cant even go to Canara bank to pay the tax. Please advise.

I heard somewhere that those who have not constructed compound wall in bda alloted plots in new areas within a few months, there would be notices issued. I heard that in bsk 6th stage there is inspection by the engineers in a few months. Lets build of a compound wall with a sheet house atleast.
