Very good initiative pals. Keep up the good work and lets do bits peices without waiting for BBMP/BDA to the social work. Do not trust such things blindly. Majority of the builders violates the bye-laws in their projects and banks doesn't care for such things. they look at the business they get from the builders to make their margins. they dont' have any accountability in the violations and its impact in future on the ...

max time limit is only 2 years, irrespective of the banks, as the PLR rates are very volatile in the recent years. No bank has guts to take such risk by giving a gap of upto 5 years. Moreover it doesn't benefit for the customer of income tax benefit, if he has a medium term range for construction.
