You should get as low as 2300 in LakeFront and 2100 in County. I believe , connectivity is not bad in this area. There are buses plying from Jambu Savari Dinne every 20 minutes to either majestic or market. Bannerghatta road is 4 kms and Kanakpura road is 3 Kms away. Jayanagar 4th Block is 9KMs away...

the location is reasonably livable even now...but u may want to negotiate for atleast 50 Rs lesser..

I feel its a bit on the higher side though not very high...u may negotiate for another 100 or 50 at the least..

I guess the subsidy is for loans upto 10Lakhs with the total project value not exceeding double of it ie 20 Lakhs...

watch out for the drainage in this block...i had looked at a couple of sites near the drainage ( so called "morri"), though one site apart, and in the evening, the mosquitoes were just unbearable for which reason , I had to back out. Water availability wise, this would be a good option as Anjanapura...

max 1950 as its a south facing one...best would be 1750-1800 I believe.

Disapponting budget for Real Estate market

Looks like budget did not do anything for the betterment of infrastructure/real estate market. A bad sign for potential sellers :-( . Not much benefit for Income Tax payers, as hyped up by the media. I personally feel that RE market is gonna go down further. Pls share your thoughts.
