Dear Members

Need help with property tax calculation

We moved in to new house, which was assessed as vacant land till now. can i do self assessment and submit Tax for new house or i need to call revenue inspector for first assessment

There big backlog with MNRE subsidy, hence no vendor is considering that. They are ready to give all the documentation so that we can receive whenever it will come, i spoke to many including selco etc, they are waiting for claims submitted 2 years back to be honored

I am happy about it, particularly mine being a corner site and lot of wind. no need to run around house fixing windows. no issues that i can notice as of now. its been 6 months since they have installed

Bit expensive lik3 52K i paid. felt the quality is much much better than other system. if you are going to use shower then u need to couple the system with pressure booster. if it only Bucket bath then the height mentioned by you will not make m...

I agree on praveen questions, asked the company for comments. i did believe their demo with energy meter showing the power consumption. will post the answers from company once i get a reply. i have put 9 fans and i am satisfies with performance though i have not measured the power consumption
