In toilets (first floor and above ) instead of sunken slab go for Gypsum board false ceiling below. The maintenance is very easy and does not involve breaking floors.This works well of bathroom is coming over another bathroom or some open area. BDA Khata doesn't have any property id.. irony is both authority are demanding tax. I ended up not paying anywhere until it's clear. So what happened now? Did you end up paying tax to both ? I think you need to cancel one of the Khata to avoid confusion. Since it is BDA approved layout better cance...

I don't think 12 feet width is enough for parallel parking. I thought it should be minimum 14 feet wide and 34 feet length so one can park 1 car behind the other. Can experts in this forum, Architects comment on this.

How to leave openings in the beam(for sunken slab) here for sanitary pipe run? How to calculate size and position for leaving openings or can we insert pipe during moulding itself? Which is the best way? Minimum 13 inches from the wall to center of opening and opening dia of 6 inches should be good...

My two cents # If you are planning for more than two vehicles for parking, think of parallel parking, instead of serial parking. easy to operate and lots of convenience that's it for the time being.
