Doesn't matter actually . Have used 53 and 43 both. after wash it will come out fine just immediately after drying apply Laticrete 190 coat to make them waterproof. Pillers can be within the wall unless it is a poarch and if suppose you must have a cantilever, use inverted beams which will serve as window cill from sipport point of view there is no difference between beam below or above slab.
