Ok. So what's the Capacity of the Water heater ? Also for 5 Bathrooms a pressure pump od 0.9HP is sufficient is what I heard, yours is 1.2HP.

I have decided will go with Sintex tanks as the cost difference is nearly double and in the event of further expansion the tank needs to be pulled down.

Site Mixed concrete would be advantageous in small construction like residential houses.
