Its 24 Rs to 30 Rs based on which floor you are doing the centering. For Example.

Ground Floor - 24 Rs
Ist Floor - 26 Rs
2nd and 3 rd Floor 28 Rs.

I negotiated for 10,000RS labour for building a sump of 6000lts where he asked for 12000rs. It included building sidewalls and roof.

Any recent development at 4th block, Please update if anybody has information.
