Hi,

Did any one check out the plots in Rare Earth-Sarjapur Road?if yes, Please share the information.
I could see few ads in 99acres saying Prelaunch plots for sale @1750 per sft and the location is 2km from carmelram railway station. The ad doesn't mention what kind of approvals they have. Looks like the community is developed by http://www.rareearthdevelopers.com

The developer himself specified that Eco COmmunity which is off Sarjapur road is shelved due to land issue. Are you talking about the same?

Website does not specify the property name. YOu can find all the project names in their website. So you can call up and find out the project and then call the developer to get more info on that

I enquired about the project and I was told that it is a panchayat khata site, no approvals from BDA or BMRDA.
All plots are sold out except for 2. btw, with no approvals I am not considering this project.
