I am planning to buy a site in a layout developed by BEL House Building Co-operative Society Layout, Yelahanka. This BEL layout is adjacent to MS Ramaiah North East County close to BMS IT, Yelahanka. I came to know that this BEL layout is BDA approved layout. Can any one of your please let me whether there are any issues with this BEL Layout? What is the current price going on in this area?
