Hi, near Gottigere, 'South Avenue' layout is there & it is very good residential layout & expect cavery water very soon because cavery line is passing infront of this layout, documents seems ok you can get SBI loan for few sites, running prices in this layout is 2200 to 2500/sqft, do not pay more then this.
