I'm planning to purchase 30*40 plot inside the gated community of Sapthagirinagar layout. I see the Approach road to the layout is not yet ready and they are also charing 4 lakh for future club house. I 'm currently waiting Legal opinion, however I wanted to take the group opinion if they are any concerns on this gated layout.

The owner of this layout is Chitti Babu I have been informed.

Pls guide me at the earliest

Are you talking about new gated layout beside Tata Promount. Even I have looked for it, kindly reply if you have any updates about it.
