In my own experience, some of the lawyers who are associated with the Real estate agents are involved in
the unethical practices in places like HSR Layout, Koramangala, BTM layout...etc
In my opinion, a lawyer who is familiar with the location may not add any value addition for your needs.
A lawyer who can give genuine service to your need like prescribing you the list of documents required
for verification and detailing you the actual content of the documents in a way to your way of understanding
and giving his true advise on the asset makes the value addition.
