Vindhya Layout 1.5kms from 2nd Phase E-City TCS

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone heard about this layout called Vindhya Layout? Its 1.5kms from TCS in 2nd Phase E - city. The layout is yet to receive BMRDA approval which was formed in 2006, the approval is expected in 2013 thaz what the seller told me. Is it true?
