Have you not seen the litigation's happening in this layout ? all the sites facing main road are compounded by some landlords claiming its their land.I see may court case pending numbers written all over the compound walls.Check the documents once again.

Last heard there are litigation in Phase 1 as well as Phase 2.
In Phase 1 plots towards main road are under litigation and in Phase 2 there is only GPA done in favour of a middle person from land lords.
I think(not sure) the case is in court between Society and land lords for Phase2.
All the above are just hearing from brokers and local guys about the condition. Do contact the society office on Infantry road to get exact information.

I visited the society office on infantry road, yesterday.
I have got all the documents and given to lawyer. I have sent the pictures of all litigation number that are on road... and also there is one particular lane in phase 2 , near parivar penstion apartment... that also has case number... I I have shared with lawyer.

in phase 2 of Central excise layout I also found that , phase perhaps seems to have encroached one of the two rajkaale .... in village map there are shwon two rajkaale .. while if you actually go on the ground ... one rajkaale is buried. the one which was passing from east of survery number 6 is buried now.

be very very careful while dealing anything in Phase 1 and Phase 2... ask all old time locals.. brokers .. take their input( rumors) to your lawyer and have them verified.
