Update on this project:
I called up the telecom society last week and got to know that the allotment of sites upto phase 3 has been done till last month. They are allocating as per seniority. Mine is 723. They have allocated upto 410 so far. The same was 340 in Nov 2014, so they have allocated 70 sites in 2.5 years if we believe them. At this pace, my seniority will be reached only after 10 years from now!!
Are there any fortunate members in this group who fall within the seniority of 410? They may have more information to share.

Has anyone visited the site recently? Last time I checked, about 3 years ago, i didn’t find any marked sites. It was all active farm land.

Finally, I got the plot registered on Oct 2022. It seems it will take a long time to develop as the entire area is plain. Only advantage is the Habitat Villas project is next to the layout and they have developed well. The crematorium is in close vicinity.
