Hi sivap, I recently (about 4 months ago) bought a west facing plot in JHCS layout and am about to start construction. Let me know your site number, I can check it in the master plan and revert.

I am raghavan from Chennai.
I have been looking for some sites in south blr.
I had been to Bcmc layout area last month.
Also around gubbalala.
Went past jayangr hbcs.
How much is the going rate now for 30x40 bda site.

In JHBCS its around 6500-7000 or even more (according to brokers), but I found it almost impossible to find a direct owner selling. I like BCMC better in terms of accessibility to metro but difficult to find sites for sale. Even if you find it'll those unimpressive ones.
