Any reviews on this layout? I was looking for a site here for immediate construction.

If you are fine with the distance to City ( About 11 kms to Jayanagar) then this should be a good option. BDA employees layout being next to this is an added benefit and I heard the Kauvery might come in this area first and u know the reason !!

Hi,

Bank officers layout is about 9 Kms from Jayanagar 4th Block. If U R planning for immediate construction I suggest to search in 1st block only.

Bangalore City Housing Co-op Society has formed a layout called BCC Housing Layout is located next to Bank-Officers Layout. Sites in BCC Layout may costs less expensive.

Hi, would you please let me know the current rates in bank officers' layout and BCMC layout? I visited BCMC layout; looks ok around 20-25% occupied. But there is a small unused graveyard right in the centre of the layout. My only concern - was it a bigger one earlier, now made small?

Yes after demo prices have come down drastically and there is no transaction at all now. Agents are desperately looking for buyers.
There is more strike coming on property matters as part of demo. Prices might further decrease. You can refer for the details here.
