Whether erstwhile CMC sites have BBMP A-khata ?

Hi ,

I plan to buy a site in erstwhile CMC area Sapthagiri layout in Vidyaranyapura-Thindlu area.

The owner claims to have A-Khata for the site .

Is it possible that such sites in erstwhile CMC area have A-Khata for individual sites ?
Is it safe to buy such site ?
What all documents needs to be verified for buying such sites ?

check out the BBMP A-Khata obtained Date. if its of 2009 or earlier, its valid & Genuine.

Somewhere in the mid of 2009, conversion was stopped by the earlier BJP Govt to collect the Betterment charges
and then issue the Khata. But it went into litigation and still not cleared by the high count due to the repeated
mistakes of BBMP & unable to justify it.

Anything issued after 2009/suvarna khata without paying the betterment charges is illegal.
(There is a racket in the BBMP, where few guys collects huge bribe and gives Suvarna khata
in the older date/illegally to make convenience for the owner to get the building plan approval & bank loans.)

Hi msn ,

I have one more doubt. I have a visited a plot which plan to buy .

Here are the details of that plot :
(a) It has A Khata (means upto date tax paid receipts from 2007 till date).
(b) Earlier it was in Byatarayanapura CMC . Hence owner has paid betterment charges to Byatarayanapura CMC in year 2000 and had a CMC khata (Form MAR19).

Does that mean betterment is paid and A Khata is valid ?
Will i get loan from nationalized bank ??
