Need opinion on site that is beside STP and MSW

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a site that in BDA approved layout. As per BDA, Every private layout should leave space for STP(sewerage treatment plant ) and SWM(solid waste management plant). My site is beside these plants.. Need your valuable suggestion on this. Will they construct these plants in near future? are there any problems buying such a plots..
