How to identify if layout is formed on Gomala land ?

Hi ,

While buying plot in a layout , how to identify if that layout was formed on Gomala land (cattle grazing lan) which belongs to Government ?

find out the survey number, go to Bhoomi website and pull RTC/phani, you will see, it would be clearly written there that its Gomala...make sure dont buy that land/site..one or other day Govt will throw you out.

In RTC , it just tells some amount of land is Govt land under that survey.
How to verify in entire survey , where is that Gomala exist ? How to get that diagram ?

go to bdabangalore.org, you can find Drushti link there, register yourself and you can locate yourself, try you might find what you looking for, although we live in silicon city our Govt websites, software is shit , alternative way is you need to go to Revenue dept and request them to give you copy of village map or ask local Panchayat to give you the map. Ofcourse you know its not easy..coz these guys dont give you without bribing.

best to take survey sketch copy clearly identifies Kharab land,nala , village road etc., it is avlbl for normal fees survey office near K R circle .
