I am looking to buy a plot for investment in Vaderamanchanahalli, Jigani. Will it going to fetch rental income say 5 years from now (The Gated community i am looking is around 1km from Otis circle). I checked plots in Nelamangala area but felt Jigani would be a better bet. Also is there any issues of water there in Jigani? Plz post your views.
