suggestion to choose area pls

Hello all,

I am planning to buy a plot(for investment at the moment , may build house after couple of years). The agent I know have plots near Malur(1 km from hoskote, east bangalore) and another one nearby new IT,hardware,aerospace sez parks in devanahalli.

Malur plot costs 3000 psqt and devanahalli one for 3,200 psqft.

Can you guys please let me know your thoughts about which area is good.

Each area referring, has its own perspective on locality wise. Hoskote almost already developed well connected to KR Puram/Whitefield & adj areas.
Devanahalli still developing things to come, but will take shape in few years. Pricing around will Rs.1500/-sft onwards.
