Agreement for Sale - under RERA

Happy new year 2018 to all!

We have booked a flat in an under construction apartment complex.
Now, builder is ready to do agreement to sell. I was told that this will be done in Sub-registrar office.
Although I am aware of procedures for property regn. in sub-reg office, this is first time I will be doing it for sale agreement. That too under RERA.
Does any one went through sale agreement regn. post RERA and let me know any specifics that I need to be aware of. and also regarding charges to be paid.
