RERA Karnataka advised to stay away from these projects

Please find the list of projects that are either not registered under RERA or still under scrutiny for all the compliance as per the regulations.
As you may remember, RERA is applicable for all the projects either new launch or under construction or already completed. List includes both layout and apartment projects.
RERA Authority has cautioned to the buyers to be cautious before dealing with these projects.
Note: As per the recent Mumbai High Court Order, there is no constitutional validity for giving exemption for any projects whose construction or development stage has crossed certain percentage or in ready to move condition or any other excuses.
