Hi All,
Axis bank is rejecting my home loan as there is a lake nearby? Please help. Is there anyone who can get the loan approved.
The site is near Oxford college SMV layout 6th Block. Its a BDA Site. Building Sanction plan is approved by BBMP. But the banks technical team has mentioned there is a lake nearby.
The nearby lake is at 130 Mtr from the site. What do I do in this case?

Hi
I heard now a days, even BBMP do not approve Plan if it violates buffer zone.
Show to the bank about NGT notification regarding buffer zone regulation being 75m.
If they are not convinced change bank. There are enough banks who are looking for Home loan customers.

Get loan from NBFCs. There interest rate is almost same as Banks.
