Post by udaynukr »

Hi,

I have built my home 2 years ago and current using community borewell for water.
Now im planning to go for won bore well and looking for details.
Could some one please share details if anyone has first hand experience.I'm looking for details like

who can help me to find the bore well point? My home is at Bangalore-WHite Field location , so looking for local guys.
Which bore well services can help me in drilling the bore well for Bangalore-White Field location?

Thanks,

Hi ,Uday kumar
For making borewell in the existing home, you need to check for the point available in easy accessible open space because machine need work space of min 4' all round . If you have other building on three side to your home then it will be literally impossible to drill unless you have sufficient set back left. So the option is to look for only front side by breaking compound wall.
In case you wanted to drill under the slab area the max machine can go is about 400 -500' deep , beyond which mini machine cannot drill.

Bangalore-WHite Field location- Water is very hard, in case you have good space contact the geologist for the water-yields.

Suggesting to drop the idea of bore-well in that location since lot go dry quickly & not worth investing.
