I hired a contractor to surrender temporary connection for permanent one. Could someone please confirm the below:
1. How long is the process.
2. How do I verify if the RR number is accurate.
3. I had a customer number in temporary connection. Will the same customer name gets carried forward to permanent connection?
Reason for this query: the contractor is not responding to calls.
