Special Khata mela by BBMP

I have come across the following article (BBMP Khata mela) in TOI today (16-Feb). The link is given below.

BANGALORE: Those who have invested in properties in revenue pockets and have no khata, here is a chance to get one.
BBMP has organized a special khata mela for those properties in revenue pockets where residents are enjoying civic amenities and still not registered under the property tax net.
From February 16 to March 15, the mela will be organized in the offices of eight joint commissioners. "People can obtain khata and pay tax," the BBMP said.
Property owners will have to submit the following documents for issuance of khata: Application form, ownership document (like sale deed or partition/gift deed), Bescom bill, identity card, blue print of the property, encumbrance certificate, previous khata copy or record of rights, tenancy and crop register (RTC).
