Our Whatsapp group members who objected provisional list got intimation to visit BDA with docs to discuss on why they not allotted…

Once this drive is completed authority shortlist eligible among those applicants who objected and get approvals to publish final list..

As i already informed final list might be on Aug 2nd week.

Just now called BDA commissioner PA....


1) Final list will be published by another 8-10 days.

2) Randomization(site number allotment) after 15-20 days of final list.

3) Due to proposed raise in guidance value by GOK,BDA also discussed price raise for sites,which is yet to conclude.

One query regarding the payment option. The number of days for payment (counter) starts after the allotment letters (with site number and location) have been dispatched is it ?

Final list expected to be 24 or 25th as per Vijayavani Saturday news paper article.

After final list they will take 1+ month to dispatch allotment letter

BDA decided to do randomization( Process of allotting sites to final allottes using software application) on 25th Sept, Venue and time will be published soon in all news papers.

For non allottee how many days it takes to get initial deposit. Any documents required to submit?

For non allottes refund will be started after final list....It will take 1-2 months from final list to complete refund.

For Much awaited day we left 1 more day…

All the best to all whose name in provisional list and those objected provisional list…

Randomization is the process to allot plot randomly by cm, final list of allottes and available plot from 1-9 blocks will be input to software, with one click allotment happens for all dimensions… tomorrow by evening final list with site numbers will be published in

Allottes has to active now on, multiple representation required for extending time to make full payment and other request to fulfill…

Those who not get allotment can apply in future allotments. Refund happens via RTGS automatically, in batches of 100+ will be done by authority and publish list regularly…

We will guide all based on developments.

Dear phase 1 site owners and preliminary allottees of 2nd phase

Our association's annual General meeting is scheduled to be held at
Chief ministers hall
KGS club cubbon park
on 30.09.2018 at 10AM

As most of you would be allotted with site at npkl and eligible for membership of the association and join for common cause of the association's and its causes

In view of the above I invite you to participate in the general body meeting as special invitees/observers.

Though election for new governing council will be held on that day there are provisions for co-opting new members for governing council after you get allotment letters so that they can also participate in decision taking body.

Hence I request good number of preliminary allottees to attend the meeting
