Oh ok.. thanks for the info sir. so 1st and 2nd block are bit far to Kenegeri satellite as compared to 4th and 5th block ( As of now from 5th block we can treach Kengeri satellite town via bengaluru-mysore highway. Its around 2.3 Kms)

Dear All,

1st Block is under discussion. This is the only block comes before and after the NICE ring road. Formation of layout is not yet started in this 1 st block. BDA is struggling to get this block land. Out of 4041 Acres BDA had got 2200 Acres only. Out of which they are distributing 5000 sites in 600 Acres only. Rest of the phases will call in future in another 1500 Acres.

1st and 2nd Blocks are closed to Magadi road.

First BDA is allotting sites to Former and then to public. Formars are forcing BDA to allot first to them and then to public.

In KG layout 3 BDA complex are coming in a very large scale. One of them is in the kommaghatta area.

In which blocks these bda complexes reside?

It is preliminary stage to say exact location, one is part of Kommaghatta Blocks (5,3 and 4th)..But this is been mentioned in the KG layout plan.
Pl do not ask for the MAP.
