1. Access to Magadi Road to Bangalore Via LRTS (Light Rail Transit)
2. Access to Mysore road to Bangalore Via Metro
3. Access to Hospitals (RR Medical and Dental Hospital)
4. Access to Engineering Colleges
5. Access to Law College(KLE Law College)
6. 5-6 Huge Govt Buildings are planned there
7. Access to Industrial Area of Bidadi
8. Access to NICE Road to Connect Northern and Southern Parts
9. Access to Developed Residential Hub like Kengeri Satellite Town
10. A Proposed 100ft Road will connect RR Hospital on Mysore road till Tumkur Road in future
11. A huge industrial area is coming up near Tavarekere

Recently inaugurated SDM ayurvedic college near Chellaghtta. On mysore road.

Hi All,

They have mentioned that Nagarbhavi and Kempegowda Layout will boost in reality in another 2 years of time.
