today newspaper update from the Bangalore Development minister, saying owner's must build their house within 2 years from the date of complete of developmental works. Not sure, how effective this clause.

How can they impose this rule for construction of Site within 2 years? Already people have taken loan for Purchase of Site. People need time to complete this loan and then take another loan for construction of House. The K.G. Land prices are already costly.

We read in ToI that BDA extended timeline for payment by 60 days, but this information hasn't been published by BDA. So what is the exact situation now? Are there any updates about extending the dates, reduction in site price etc.?

Is the association taking up any activities? are the meeting happening?

yesterday a paper mentioned that association board members themselves are returning the sites, because of high prices and slow progress from BDA and bad track record of BDA. This is not a good trend and will affect those who are willing to get the sites.

Kindly share thoughts / information if anyone has for the benefit of all.

Let BDA provide all the basic facilities like Water, Electricity, Road, etc. to construct the houses. Site Allottees are asking for these basic facilities to construct the house, where as BDA is insisting for constructions of house without providing these facilities.

Please share any information regarding KG layout, what is happening at BDA. I call BDA but no one answers phone, no replies by PRO to email queries.

Is there any extension to payment date or is there any final date for payment? Is the layout development happening? Do we have any honest, reliable source through which we can get the information?
