Initial deposit refunds by BDA

Dear All,
Can anyone tell me if you have applied for BDA site & received its refund recently.
I’ve noticed that even for successful applicants ,whose name had shortlisted in seniority list ,have got credited their initial deposit.
What’s the update or procedure now for second list successful candidates payments structure.
