hi guys,
wanted to buy a plot from arakavathy layout, rs 5000/sq ft, owner has got BDA NOC, Block is 3. i checked with BDA Engineer he told no issue of denotification or any other issues. Please provide your valueable suggestion, do i need to some other checks?
who is best lawyer to verify docs?
How can i ensure that property has not sold to mutliple guys?
